He was named District 6890 Rotarian of the Year for 2024–25 and is a four-time Club Rotarian of the Year. Professionally, he is President of Norgard Insurance Group, with 27 years of experience in health insurance and Medicare education. A U.S. Navy veteran, Chad enjoys family, travel, and community service.
