Building Maintenance & Camp Grounds Crew
Hands-on helpers who keep camp running strong.
If you enjoy working outdoors or fixing things, this team is perfect for you. Volunteers help maintain our 21-acre accessible campus so every camper can enjoy nature without barriers.
Worker Bees:
Assist with camp maintenance: anything from removing sticker residue from mirrors to weeding the butterfly garden. There are always rooms to reset, doors to wipe down, and closets to organize.
Impact: You help preserve the beauty and accessibility of camp — ensuring every camper can explore safely and confidently.
Administrative & Office Support
Essential behind-the-scenes help that keeps camp organized and efficient.
These roles are perfect for volunteers who enjoy structure, organization, and supporting the mission through administrative excellence.
Office/Administration:
This is a role for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual. Filing, answering the phone, reaching out to prospective campers, rotary clubs, community groups, and churches to set up tours, and awareness opportunities.
Digital Engagement Volunteer:
Supports our online outreach by posting updates, highlighting camp moments, and assisting with basic website edits.
Events Volunteer:
Help us pull off two (2) signature events a year.
Committee members needed for: Mahjong Camp (Saturday, November 21) and Night at Camp (Friday, February 26)
Fundraising Volunteer:
- Assisting in sending out tax receipts/thank you notes.
- Maintaining fundraising database.
- Assisting with fundraising events.
Impact: You help our staff stay focused on serving campers and partner organizations by keeping operations smooth and professional.
